So I don’t have anything against Ronaldo winning the PFA Player of the Year. At least that’s not as ridiculous as what you’re about to see. The organization came up with their Team of the Season for 06/07 and I almost barfed seeing who are in.

Van Der Sar;

Gary Neville, Rio Ferdinand, Nemanja Vidic, Patrice Evra;

Steven Gerrard, Ryan Giggs, Paul Scholes, Cristiano Ronaldo;

Didier Drogba, Dimitar Berbatov.

Eight out of 11 are ManUre players. I’m not saying that all of them be taken away from the squad but for even the undeserving to be there TO BE THERE is just… beyond me. And ridiculous.

For Michael Essien to not be part of the midfield and either Ricardo Carvalho or John Terry to not be at the back are pure and utter rubbish. Vidic and Evra over Carvalho and Terry? ARE. YOU. KIDDING. ME. And Giggs/Scholes over Essien? What kind of Crap is that. Yes, Crap with a capital C. It’s even Fabregas over either of those 2 Scums any time. Finally, Van der Sar over CECH?!?! Over CECH?!!? Even if it’s not Cech, how about James? Or Howard? I’d even take Reina anytime over Van der Sar!!!

Now I know never to rely nor even believe the slightest in PFA. Professional Footballers’ Association? I think Pathetic Football Association.
